Tony Dron

Tony Dron (born 1946) is a British racing driver as well as being a motoring author and journalist. He finished as runner-up in the 1977 British Saloon Car Championship season with a Triumph Dolomite.[1] Tony became well known for entering competitions with the Porsche marque, winning the Porsche 924 Championship in 1978. He was a regular competitor in the 24 Hours of Le Mans during the early 1980s for Porsche. In 1997 he competed in the FIA GT Sebring 3 Hours for Morgan.
